My journey

My journey into UI/UX design began with my studies in Digital Media at Middlesex University, a broad major that exposed me to various creative disciplines. While I explored many fields, it was the intersection of design, technology, and user behavior that fascinated me the most. I became captivated by the way thoughtful design could solve real problems, enhance user experiences, and create intuitive digital interfaces.

Why UX?
What drew me in was the blend of creativity and logic required in UI/UX. It’s a field where I can merge aesthetics with functionality, ensuring that design not only looks good but works seamlessly for users. This balance between form and function, along with the constant challenge of solving new user needs, is what keeps me passionate about UI/UX design today.

My first internship at Pit Studio was a turning point in my UI/UX journey. It was my first real-world experience applying design concepts, where I learned the importance of user-centered design and collaboration across teams. Working on prototypes and wireframes gave me a deep understanding of the design process and reinforced my passion for creating intuitive digital products. This experience shaped my career, giving me the skills and confidence to pursue UI/UX design professionally, and continues to influence how I approach design challenges today.
